I feel like hell

Oh my god. I feel like hell. This sucks. It's 3:15 pm and still no reprieve. I shouldn't have gone out partying last night, knowing that I'm sick. My body is not snapping back as usual. Today is misery.

more later...

Poor Hyde.
My patented hangover cure is lots of cranberry juice, icecream and peanut butter toast.

ice cream and peanut butter toast...doesn't that get a bit messy?

Not together silly! One after the other!
Although icecream on plain toast is good too!

Most of my coworkers went out together over the weekend - I've been hearing about the hellish hangovers and sickness of yesterday from many of them. Maybe it was something in the air?

As for what we heard at the Symphony:
Carl Nielsen - Excerpts from Maskarade
Edvard Grieg - Concerto in a Minor for Piano and Orchestra, Op. 16 (with Pianist Jasminka Stancul, who was great)
Jean Sibelius - Symphony No. 2 in D Major, Op. 43

I really liked the Grieg piece, perhaps because it was my first experience seing a pianist out front like that. I love how big the music is. If only I could afford those seats. Perhaps I need to find a nice gentleman who needs a young lady to accompany him to shows?

one definition of insanity is, "doing the same thing all the time but expecting different results."

Mystic-- My therapist has told me the same thing. Welcome to the relationship of Hyde and Narc. (And Hyde with herself)
